On supported systems, select images in your photo gallery, open the system share menu, and choose PixKit. In the current iOS version, the action is named “Package and Share with PixKit”; if it is missing, enable it under Edit Actions.

Frequently asked questions
Which image formats are supported?
PixKit supports JPEG, PNG, HEIC, and HEIF. JPEG Compatibility Mode is on by default: JPEG and PNG bytes are preserved, while HEIC/HEIF becomes a high-quality JPEG.
Will PixKit reduce image quality?
JPEG and PNG are not re-encoded by default. HEIC/HEIF is converted only when compatibility mode is on; turn it off to preserve the representation supplied by the system.
How do I remove location and camera details?
Enable Remove Location and Photo Details in Export Settings. It is off the first time and remembers your most recent choice.
How many photos can I package at once?
The current version supports up to 100 photos and 1 GB of source files per task.
Can I use PixKit offline?
Yes. Selecting, arranging, packaging, and sharing photos do not require a network connection. A failed or timed-out update check never affects core features.
Why is PixKit missing from the system share menu?
Make sure the latest PixKit is installed, then enable PixKit in your system’s share-action settings. On iOS, enable “Package and Share with PixKit” under Edit Actions.
